WHERE YOU PROBABLY ARE

Recognise yourself?

  • You've taken trading courses. Plural. Each one promised it was the answer. None of them were.
  • You've blown accounts you couldn't really afford to, despite being able to clearly see what you should have done differently afterwards.
  • You stare at a fresh chart and feel something close to paralysis. Like writer's block, but more expensive.
  • You've watched yourself drift between systems and strategies, hunting for whichever one was finally going to click.
  • You've started suspecting the issue isn't a strategy you haven't found yet. It's something more fundamental about how you've been taught to think about the markets.

If any of those resonate, you're in the right place. Keep reading.

THE INDUSTRY PROBLEM

The reason most traders fail isn't a missing strategy. It's the way they've been taught.

The trading education industry treats trading as a knowledge problem. Pile up enough strategies, indicators, and setups, and consistency will eventually emerge.

It doesn't. And nobody who's actually traded for any length of time would tell you otherwise. But it sells courses, so the industry keeps pretending.

What actually happens is what you've probably already experienced: confusion in real time, hesitation at critical moments, accounts that bleed despite knowing the rules. You've watched yourself drift between systems and felt the slow erosion of confidence in your own judgement. The next course was always supposed to be the one.

The traders who develop genuine skill (and they exist, plenty of them) don't have more setups than you. They have a coherent way of seeing the market, a structured way of forecasting outcomes, and a deliberate process for improving over time. That's a different thing entirely from what gets sold.

Which is the gap DTDP is here to close.

THE OBVIOUS QUESTION

Yet another trading course?

Look, you've probably looked into trading education before, which is exactly why you're cautious now.

One of our members called the trading education industry a "cesspit." Honestly, that's not the worst summary. False promises, strategy-of-the-month content, lifestyle marketing, fake P&L screenshots, courses that recycle each other's strategies in slightly different vocabulary.

Which is exactly why we deliberately call this a program rather than a course. The Trader Development Program isn't selling you a strategy. It's not promising certainty in a market that doesn't have any. It's not going to convince you everything is simple, because it isn't, and pretending otherwise is one of the reasons you're still where you are.

What you're getting is a structured development program for serious traders who want to learn how to analyse markets, forecast outcomes, and improve over time. Built on three frameworks that don't exist anywhere else in the industry, taught through 20 progressive stages, with the deliberate pacing real skill development requires.

You've probably been watching our YouTube channel. Almost every member describes the same arrival pattern: months or sometimes years of watching the YouTube channel before joining. If you're still in that phase, that's fine. Keep watching. We're not in a hurry.

THE METHODOLOGY · INTELLECTUAL FOUNDATION

Three systems. Not a course in the usual sense.

Most courses just teach setups and strategies. We've developed three connected frameworks. DTDP teaches you all three.

LAYER 01

The Duomo Method.

The core of the skillset you're learning. A logical, first-principles approach to analysing markets, mapping potential outcomes with their probabilities, and translating that analysis into strategic action. Not a list of setups to memorise. A real skill you develop through structured practice. By the time you finish, you can read any market on any time horizon and figure out what makes sense, rather than searching for a setup that fits a template.

LAYER 02

The Duomo Market Theory.

What the Method is built on. Discovered over a decade ago and developed across two years of work with a team of traders, researchers, and specialists (including a quantum physicist), the Duomo Market Theory uncovered the underlying dynamics at the heart of price behaviour. A unique theory and market model. Most traders have never been told these mechanics exist. Without underlying theory, you're memorising patterns without understanding them. With it, the chart starts reading like a language rather than a puzzle.

LAYER 03

The Duomo Cohesion Trading Model.

The operating system the whole program is structured around. Trading is an interconnected system: analysis, psychology, execution, risk, data, optimisation. The CTM maps how every part affects every other part, where the feedback loops are, and how to identify the root cause when something goes wrong. Not just treating symptoms as if they were the problem.

THE METHODOLOGY · IN ACTION

The Forecast Cycle.

What every Duomo trader does. Steps one to four run on every trade decision. Steps five and six run continuously, building the data and the calibration that turn market reading into compounding skill.

01 ANALYSE 02 CONTEXT 03 FORECAST 04 STRATEGY 05 COLLECT DATA 06 CALIBRATE The Duomo Cohesion Trading Model
01
Analyse
Read what's actually happening on the chart. Not pattern-spotting. Real analysis.
02
Context
Connect the dots to interpret the current market narrative. What's really been happening, and what's the context for what's coming next?
03
Forecast
Map the meaningful potential outcomes (plural, not singular) and estimate their probabilities.
04
Strategy
Devise the right strategic action for this specific situation, then execute it with disciplined risk. There's no template that works in every scenario.
05
Collect Data
Track your forecasts and your actions. Build the data set that shows where your edge actually is.
06
Calibrate
With enough data, refine the loop. Improve the precision of your probabilities and the quality of your decisions over time. The flywheel.

Each turn of the cycle teaches you something. The data builds over time. The skill compounds.

THE CURRICULUM

70+ hours. 20 progressive stages. Everything covered.

Structured the way real skill development actually works. Topics interwoven so each stage reinforces the ones before it. Paced so you actually absorb what you're learning, not so you can race through it.

01
Technical Analysis
Read the markets with precision. Some of the tools will look familiar (price structure, significant levels, swing highs and lows, trend lines, Fibonacci, Order Flow), but the way Duomo traders identify and use them is fundamentally different from how they're taught elsewhere. That difference is where the precision comes from.
02
Market Theory
Learn the underlying dynamics at the heart of price behaviour. We primarily focus on the Duomo Market Theory, but you'll also learn Auction Market Theory and others. The market mechanics most traders have never been taught exist.
03
Trading System & Strategies
Build a customised trading system tailored to your strengths, preferences, and lifestyle. Strategy is used as a dynamic response to the unique context of an opportunity, not a pre-defined template you force onto every situation.
04
Trading Psychology & Neuroscience
The deepest psychology coverage in the industry, and most of it goes against what the industry has been telling you. We rely on scientific research into areas like neuroscience, psychology, and behavioural science, rather than the pseudoscience and received wisdom most trading psychology advice relies on, which has no factual grounding and never really works.
05
Optimisation & Improvement
Collect data, measure your edge, and refine your approach through Duomo's structured improvement loop. You'll calibrate your forecasts, and optimise all areas of trading performance.
06
Turning Trading Into a Career
We don't just stop at you becoming profitable. You'll have training to take things even further throughout your career, including funding strategies, how to deal with the challenges that come up in your trading career, and how to go deeper with fundamental analysis and better analytical thinking.
A representative slice of the 20 stages.
STAGE 02 The Duomo Market Theory (including the connection to physics and complex systems)
STAGE 04 Significant Levels Masterclass + Initial Techniques for Finding Them
STAGE 07 Fibonacci Masterclass + Achieving Flow + Neuroscience of Trading
STAGE 10 Probabilistic Thinking & Bayesian Cognition + Cognitive Biases Masterclass
STAGE 13 Auction Market Theory + Order Flow + Significant Levels using Order Flow
STAGE 14 Behavioural Therapy + Self-Talk Toolkit + Daily Practices for an Effective Trading Brain
STAGE 15 Troubleshooting + Optimisation + Health & Well-Being
STAGE 17 Microeconomics + Macroeconomics + Economic Data + Fundamental Analysis Dashboard
STAGE 18 Systems Thinking + Tools for More Effective Analytical Thinking
STAGE 19 A Practical Approach to Funding + Strategies for Passing Prop Funding Criteria
A NOTE ON WHAT'S INCLUDED, AND WHAT ISN'T

DTDP gives you the program. The Duomo Accelerator is something else.

DTDP INCLUDES
The full 20-stage Trader Development Program, all 70+ hours of training, every practical chart module, every assignment and supporting resource, and lifetime access to the program content. Self-paced. Work through it on your own time.
DTDP DOES NOT INCLUDE
Live community, group mentorship video calls, or live sessions with Nicholas. If you've been watching the YouTube channel, you may have seen footage of the Duomo community in action. That community is part of the Duomo Accelerator, a separate paid membership only available to DTDP graduates. The Accelerator is currently closed and opens again later this year. Joining DTDP makes you eligible to join the Accelerator when it opens, but the Accelerator is separate from DTDP.

The curriculum is designed using evidence-based research from education and neuroscience, including the constructivist learning model: each new concept builds on the ones before it, gradually, like laying bricks. Topics are interwoven so each stage reinforces what came before. Progress isn't accidental. It's designed.

I had paid for three trading courses prior to signing-up to Duomo, and the Trader Development Program is incomparable to any of them. It's beyond what I could have imagined in terms of the detail and rigour.

WHAT IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Inside the platform.

Every stage progressively unlocked. Every concept reinforced through video, supporting text modules, practical chart modules, and assignments.

This isn't a content dump. It's an actual development platform built around the curriculum, designed to make 20 stages and 70+ hours of lessons navigable rather than overwhelming.

WHAT YOU'LL SEE INSIDE DTDP
WHO TEACHES IT

Built and taught by Nicholas Puri.

Nicholas Puri, founder of the Duomo Initiative

Nicholas started learning the markets in 2002. By 2012 he'd made enough trading on the side to leave his career in private banking and wealth management at Coutts in London and trade full-time.

That year he co-founded an asset management company, PuriCassar AG, with Dr. Alexander Cassar. Over the following two years, a team of traders, researchers, and specialists (including a quantum physicist who held a senior position in the financial services industry) developed what would become the Duomo Market Theory and the Duomo Method.

In 2015, Nicholas started the Duomo Initiative to share what he'd figured out with serious traders.

"The Duomo approach is not only a market model, but a learning model."

Since then he's consulted at top investment banks, hedge funds, fintech companies, and even a politician. He's lectured at top UK universities, and worked with some of the best in the business, including the former Deputy Governor of a European Central Bank and one of the most legendary traders alive.

The Duomo Initiative now has 190,000+ subscribers on YouTube, members in dozens of countries, and has trained nearly 1,000 traders directly through the program.

DTDP is built around 25 years of figuring out what actually works.

THE OBVIOUS QUESTION (PART TWO)

If it works, why teach it?

Reasonable question. Three answers.

One.

It's a virtuous cycle. Teaching serious traders surfaces universal insights we'd never have got alone. The patterns that emerge when hundreds of people work the same model teach us things that twenty more years of solo screen time wouldn't. The members who actually engage with the program make us better at understanding the markets, which means getting better at teaching them, and refining our own trading performance. This cycle has allowed us to accelerate our own discoveries beyond what would have been possible otherwise.

Two.

Nicholas spent 25 years figuring this out and finds sharing it more rewarding than hoarding it. He'd already been making money from his trading long before Duomo existed. The course revenue isn't propping anything up; you can see this in our published company financials, which show Duomo isn't a high-profit course-selling operation. Any revenue gets put straight back into the company to improve how we support our members. Contrary to popular belief, teaching other traders to use this approach and develop these skills does not diminish the edge in any way.

Three.

The trading education industry has a deserved reputation for being awful. Flashy lifestyle marketing, false promises, recycled strategy content, support that vanishes the moment you've paid. Someone needs to offer a serious alternative to all of that. We'd rather build that than complain about its absence.

Honestly that's the whole answer. There's no clever spin here. DTDP is a comprehensive development program run by a trader who's still actually trading, taught to people serious enough to actually do the work.

"Wow! The Duomo program keeps blowing my mind! It's so well made (graphically, organized, well scripted, easy to follow)! I can't compare it to any other "programs" I went through (in 5 years). I am only halfway through and already peeking at consistent profitability."

"I can assure you that this program will make a real trader out of you, not a candlestick pattern follower. This is the real deal. You get value for your money, and you will have to work hard. And think hard. Nicholas has that rare combination - deep skill, but also he loves to teach, and has the ability to communicate so that you can understand and then apply the concepts."

"It amazes me what a cesspit the trading educational world appears to be... Then I came across Nicholas's YT channel and the Duomo Method. It was such a contrast to everything else I had seen, feels so genuine, and deeeeply thought through... The course so far is a piece of art. Brilliant instructional design and such a comprehensive spread of content."

"It's a course made by traders for traders, not lifestyle marketers who want to sell you a dream. The approach is field-tested, scientific and highly customizable to one's own personality and routine so don't expect a cookie-cutter approach."

"The Duomo Initiative provides you extensively with all the building blocks you need to succeed as a trader. Not just trading itself but also you personally as a a trader will be developed. You will get out of it what you put into it, that is up to you. I recommend this course as an over 1,5 year member of the community and I have been learning about the financial markets since 2017."

"I’ve followed the Duomo Initiative for over 5 years now. Skeptical because of online scams and toxic trading culture, I was hesitant to part with my cash to trust a trading ‘school.’ I took what felt like a leap of faith and have since have been a proud member and trader of theirs for 3 years now. And honestly, I would do anything to help carry the torch for this company!"

The program didn't just help me become a better trader, it allowed me to develop in all aspects of my life.

After graduating with my degree in engineering, I made the mistake of falling into the trap of trading signal services and ended up losing all my life savings. Rather than giving up, I decided to learn to trade for myself.

It was difficult to find the right place to learn, but Duomo was different. It made sense, it was logical, and I could see how and why it worked. Trading became more than a business model. It was a skill, based on reasoning and logic, almost like an engineering project. It felt like a big investment to make at the time, but in hindsight I can tell you it was worth every penny. Some of the things I've learned are priceless and have helped me in many areas of my life, not just trading.

After working hard to gain the skills, I managed to secure several funded trading accounts and make a living from my trading. I even spent some time as a mentor at Duomo helping other traders. My new situation meant I could fulfil my dream of moving to Dubai and setting up my own company, Explore Ice, while trading to generate an income.

Trading became more than a business model. It was a skill, based on reasoning and logic, almost like an engineering project.

For me the biggest challenge before joining the program was the overload of content in the industry and not being able to differentiate between what actually worked and what didn't. The overload of useless content and information in the industry made me feel lost. I knew that to figure it all out by myself would take me years if not decades of research with still an uncertain outcome and that was something I couldn't risk. Therefore, I started doing research about joining the right program and Duomo Method stood out right away.

Duomo has provided me not only with the ability of analysing the markets with precision (which is mind-boggling tbh) but also made me a better person in my day to day life. It has shaped the lens through which I see the world. The content that are being taught in the program are all backed by scientific evidence and can also be quite philosophical. That's how I knew that Duomo saved me decades of research and hustle with an almost certain expectable outcome. It has given me clarity and purpose in my life which I couldn't thank them enough for.

The best thing for me was the practicality of the method despite all the theoretical explanations that were strongly backed by scientific and economical evidence. You're given access to almost all of the tools that you can use in the markets and there are a lot of practice activities to help you deeply understand the tools and apply them into the markets to see the mind-blowing precision and accuracy of the method for yourself.

You're probably as confused and lost as I was before joining the program and I'm sure by reading this you already have a 'feeling' that Duomo Initiative stands out among all the other programs out there. And I can assure you that joining the program will be the BEST decision you've made for your trading journey so far. If you're hesitant I would suggest you to watch the YouTube content first to get an idea of what Duomo is all about. And I'm sure by joining the program you'll realize that it is WAY more than what you've expected.

I'm sure by joining the program you'll realise it is WAY more than you expected.

SELF-DISQUALIFICATION

Is DTDP right for you?

We're selective about who joins. Not because there's a hands-on element to the cohort (DTDP is self-paced), but because the right kind of person thrives on this program and the wrong kind doesn't. We'd rather refuse an application than have someone struggle through, get nothing out of it, and damage the reputation we've built.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
  • You've taken trading courses and felt the lack of structure or coherence between them
  • You're committed to genuinely developing the skill, not just consuming more content
  • You want to understand markets, not memorise patterns or copy setups
  • You're past needing a strategy and ready to develop the underlying capability
  • You can handle complexity when it's explained well; you'd rather think than be spoon-fed
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
  • You're looking for a pre-defined strategy or a cookie-cutter approach that tells you when to enter and exit
  • You expect a course to make you profitable without engaging with it actively
  • You believe success in trading comes from finding the right strategy
  • You're in financial difficulty and trying to use trading as a way out of it
  • You'd rather be told you're already on the right track than challenged on what you've been doing wrong
WHAT'S ACTUALLY AT STAKE

The real cost is staying where you are.

Think about what the alternative path actually costs.

Repeated prop firm evaluations: a few hundred per attempt, multiplied by however many failures most traders rack up before they pass (if they ever do). One-on-one mentor retainers: £500 to £2,000 per month, often without an actual curriculum or progression model behind them. Compounding losses on real capital: every trade you take while still hunting for the right approach is a tax on your account, paid into an asymmetric system that doesn't refund your mistakes.

Now look at the slow tax. Every additional month it takes you to become consistently profitable is a month of trading earnings you never made. With a $200K funded account from a reputable prop firm and even a 2% monthly return at an 80% profit split, that's $3,200 you walk away from. Each month. Compounding for as long as you're stuck.

The DTDP fee is roughly equivalent to one delayed month of those earnings. Joining now and shortening your learning curve means the program pays for itself many times over. Not joining costs you that same fee every month you stay where you are.

The fee isn't really the question. The question is how much longer you're willing to keep paying for the path you're already on.

It was such a contrast to everything else I had seen. Feels so genuine, and deeeeply thought through.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Common questions.

How is DTDP different from other trading courses?

Most trading courses teach you tactics: setups, strategies, indicators. DTDP teaches you the underlying skill: how to analyse markets, forecast outcomes, and improve over time. It's built on three connected frameworks (the Duomo Method, the Duomo Market Theory, and the Cohesion Trading Model) and refined through training nearly 1,000 traders directly. The 20 progressive stages and 70+ hours cover everything from candlestick basics to the Duomo Market Theory, creating a system, order flow, analysis techniques, mindset training, and prop funding strategies. Depth and structure are what make the difference.

It's a serious price. How do I know it's worth it?

It's a serious investment, and we only take members genuinely committed to the work. But when you compare what's out there, it's actually reasonable. Some training packages charge £10,000+ with less detail and worse results. We even teach the strategies for getting a funded account: with a $200K funded account from a reputable prop firm (around $1,000 fee), a 2% monthly return at an 80% profit split covers the program fee in a single month. It's designed to pay for itself.

How do I know this isn't a scam?

Fair scepticism, given what's out there. A few honest answers. We've been operating since 2015, and our company financials are publicly published on our website (we're not a high-profit course-selling operation, and that's deliberate). You can read through all our TrustPilot reviews, including the negative ones. Nicholas has consulted at top financial institutions, lectured at top UK universities, and collaborated with highly reputable individuals including a politician and a central bank governor. None of that survives a scam reputation. And there's also a 14-day full refund, no questions asked. The actual risk of trying it is close to zero.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced?

No. The early stages start from the absolute basics and build progressively. Plenty of members come in with no prior trading experience. The pacing matters more than where you start; you can't speedrun the progressive unlock schedule of the curriculum, which is the point.

I've been trading for years. Is this too basic?

Not at all. Most experienced applicants come in fairly confident in what they know but stuck on what they don't, often without being able to identify the root cause of their plateau. DTDP gives you the structured framework to unwire the problematic connections that have been holding you back, and to focus on the things that actually take you to the next level instead of hitting the same glass ceiling for the fifth time. Most experienced members describe a humbling rebuild that turns into the breakthrough.

I don't have enough time.

The program is flexible; you go at your own pace. The science of skill development says deep, focused practice sessions of 60 to 90 minutes a few times a week is more effective than longer ones. If you can carve that out, you can progress. If you genuinely can't, no method is going to work right now. Time is always required.

I think I can learn on my own.

Of course you can. But assuming you've tried, how's that been going? The bigger issue isn't whether it's possible. It's the opportunity cost. Every additional month you spend self-teaching is a month you're not earning in the markets. With even a modest funded account, that's £2,000 to £3,000 a month you walk away from while you're still figuring it out. The DTDP fee is equivalent to maybe one delayed month of those earnings. The cheaper option is almost always to invest in shortening the learning curve, not to keep paying the slow tax of doing it alone.

The method seems too complex. I want something simple.

Simple sells, but it doesn't work. Investment banks and hedge funds hire mathematicians and physicists for a reason; trading isn't actually simple. What we've done is take something genuinely complex and structure it so it's clear enough to follow that almost everyone who joins picks the concepts up quickly without realising they're learning something difficult. After a few weeks of going through the program, members find themselves applying things that would have looked complex on day one without even noticing they're complex. The structure does the heavy lifting.

What markets can I trade and over what time horizon?

The skills you'll learn can be applied to any asset class over any time horizon. However, it's going to be more effective in markets with a high daily trading volume, which means large cap stocks are fine, but small cap stocks will not be appropriate. One of the principles of the Duomo Market Theory is 'scale invariance', which means the same price dynamics are seen across any time scale, so you can choose to trade short or long-term with similar effectiveness.

Is there ongoing support after I join?

DTDP is a self-paced program. The 20 stages, the 70+ hours of video lessons, the practical chart modules, and the assignments are designed so you can work through them independently. Live community sessions, group mentorship calls, and live trading sessions are part of the Duomo Accelerator, which is a separate paid membership opening later this year for DTDP graduates.

What's the Duomo Accelerator and is it included in DTDP?

It's a separate paid membership for DTDP graduates, currently closed and opening later this year. It's where the live market sessions, group mentorship, and ongoing community access happen. Joining DTDP makes you eligible to join the Accelerator when it opens, but the Accelerator is paid separately and not part of DTDP.

What if I want my money back?

14 days from joining, full refund, no questions asked. Email contactduomo@duomoinitiative.com and we process it within two business days. We even cover the card processing fees ourselves. There are no requirements; you don't need to have done any work to qualify.

A FINAL THOUGHT

12 months from now.

Picture yourself a year from today.

In one version of that year, nothing's changed. You've watched more content, taken another course, watched another livestream, blown another account, felt the same frustrations in slightly different ways. You've stayed broadly where you are. Maybe a little worse off in your trading capital, maybe a little more cynical about whether any of this works.

In the other version, you've spent those 12 months going through a structured trader development program. Built on three connected frameworks, taught through 20 progressive stages, with deliberate pacing designed to make the skill actually compound. You've come out the other side as someone who can read markets, forecast outcomes, execute decisions, and improve continuously. Not someone who "knows about trading" in the abstract.

Both years pass anyway, with or without you doing anything about it. The question is what you do with them.
